Deposit & Refund Policy

Deposits hold my time and cover costs I may pay upfront, like travel or shipping a piece in.

All deposits are non-refundable

Every deposit, including appointment deposits ($299 virtual, $1,500 in person) and deposits on custom work, sourcing, or a specific piece, is non-refundable.

Credited for 120 days

Your full deposit is credited toward any purchase made within 120 days of payment.

If you don’t buy

You remain a contact and we pick up where we left off. Your deposit credit stays available for the 120 days.

Rescheduling

Reschedule with at least [48] hours’ notice and your deposit moves with you. [Late changes or no-shows: deposit forfeited.]

Jewelry and watches

Custom pieces are made to order and are final sale once production starts. [In-stock return window, if any.]

Private Training

No commitment, and all sales are final. If you pay for a call and don’t show up, it is not refunded. Extra calls are $500 and need at least 24 hours’ notice.

The Direct Line

The $99 Direct Line is final. No refunds.

Payment methods

Major cards and payment apps through several processors, plus direct wire. Cash on approval. Every payment, including call and concierge deposits, applies toward the piece or service purchased.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before disputing a charge. Disputing a non-refundable deposit you agreed to may result in losing your credit.
