Creator Program Terms

These terms apply to the UGC creator fit check and applications.

Applying

Passing the fit check does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed by hand.

Paid work

Any paid content, compensation, product use, and usage rights are set in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Disclosure

If you receive payment, free product, or commission, you must clearly disclose it in every post, as the FTC requires (for example #ad, or the platform’s paid-partnership label).

Content rules

Your content must be original, honest, and follow each platform’s rules. Never describe a lab-grown diamond as natural, or make claims about a piece you can’t back up.

You must be 18 or older to apply.
